Your Role: What You’ll Do

As a Direct Sales Representative, you’ll take on a pivotal role in our expansion efforts. Your key responsibilities include:

Prospecting and Generating Leads: Conduct door-to-door sales, presentations, and tailored solutions for customers.
Building Strong Relationships: Understand customer needs and offer effective pest control solutions.
Achieving Sales Goals: Exceed revenue milestones while overcoming objections and maintaining accurate sales records.
Earning Residual Income: Enjoy ongoing residuals (up to 5%) on recurring revenue from clients you bring to Waves Pest Control.

Are You a Good Fit?

We are looking for sales professionals who:

Have a proven track record in sales (experience in pest control is a plus).
Possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Are goal-oriented, ambitious, and thrive in competitive environments.
Are bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
Bring technical sales experience (preferred but not required).

Job Requirements

Location: Willing to relocate to Manatee or Sarasota Counties, FL.
Travel: Up to 25% travel required.
License: Must possess a valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years and no DUI/DWI in the past 7 years.
Screening: Must pass background and drug screening tests.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
